Together we will meet ourselves in the tenderness of the Heart, gathering in Truth, openness and honesty allowing consciousness to show ourselves to ourselves. 

Over this 5 day experience, you will deeply relax, nourish, restore and refresh your whole system, expand your consciousness and learn tools to deepen your capacity to rest in presence, whatever the experience.

"Dearest Emma Abhijeeta, It was wonderful to be with you again in circle and to gather together
to share and do our women's work in such a sacred feminine space.

I came away feeling very nurtured, nourished and connected to my feminine self - strong but gentle - quiet but energised.  I felt very tired when I landed at home and slept early - a peaceful sleep.  I was very emotional on the Sunday and spent the day meditating and allowing the tears to flow.  It felt perfectly ok and good to shed and to allow my tears to flow and just be with what was coming up for me.  

Since then I have been busy with my grandchildren but now seem to be looking after myself better and I keep getting the image of myself as the 'tree' with my low fence surrounding my feminine energy and saying the 'no' when I need too.
